TJ Miller LTD offers free maintenance for our guaranteed rental agreed properties.

Having an in house building and maintenance team, we offer this service free of charge to our valued customers, to have a peace of mind for the entire contractual term. This enables our clients, to have no worry of paying any extra charges on their property.

This is a tailored made service provided mainly for managed properties. These includes

A guaranteed net amount paid on specific date without any break or delay
Free safety Certificates
Free cover tenant damage to the property

We will take care of maintenance issues at no cost to you (boiler and structural issues not included, as they are mainly covered by insurance)
We will carry out property condition report (inventory) free of charge
Free electric certificates (If no Faults)
Free EPC
Quarterly inspections will be emailed over to you.
Free Lock change, appliance repairs/replacement (if needed)

This option allows our valued landlords to do a monthly budgeting and have a peace of mind to get a set figure each month without any deductions.
